If you would like to contribute to RPAC, complete the RPAC Contribution form and return to NAMAR.
GARPAC contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. Contributions are not deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes. The Association will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution, and you may refuse to contribute without reprisal by the Association. Seventy percent of each contribution is split between Georgia RPAC to support state and local political candidates and Georgia RIAC for issues mobilization and education. Thirty percent is sent to National RPAC to support Federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a. More |

As per the NAMAR By-Laws (Article V, Section 3), all applications for membership must be presented before the NAMAR membership and invite a written comment. If one or more REALTOR® members object to the approval of the applicant, based upon a lack of qualifications as set forth in the By-Laws, they must submit their written and signed objection to NAMAR at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. The objecting member and applicant will meet before the Membership Committee.More |
